How to enable Disaster Recovery Feature for an organization

Overview

This article is meant to assist users of Cloud Application Manager willing to use Disaster Recovery feature, trying to enable Disaster Recovery Feature for an organization

Audience

All users of Cloud Application Manager who wants to use Disaster Recovery feature.

Prerequisites

  • Access to CAM portal
  • Access to Production provider account (in this case CLC)
  • Access to Recovery provider account (in this case AWS)

Enable Disaster Recovery

Disaster Recovery Feature is not enaled for the customers by default, please send a request to incident@centurylink.com to enable the feature.
